Controlling What is Viewed on the Calendar

Each of your locations can have a separate calendar [see ‘Location Cards’ under the ‘Setup’ section in this manual]. Clicking on the drop-down arrow next to ‘Location Code’ (at the top left corner of the calendar) will enable users to change which location’s calendar is being viewed. And by selecting Start Date and End Date, a user can control how many or how few days to view at once.

At the top right corner of the calendar you will see boxes labeled ‘Outbound Expanded’ and ‘Inbound Expanded’. These enable a user to expand all loads so that all orders of that type (outbound/inbound) that are within the calendar are shown.

Users have the option to filter orders in the list by type (inbound or outbound), an additionally by the fields listed below. These search fields are found on the left side of the calendar above the list of orders. Fill in a search field and then click the search icon.

Inbound orders - Can be filtered by the expected receipt date, by the due date, by the order number, and by the Buy-From City.

Outbound orders – Can be filtered by the shipment date, by the Ship-To City, by the order number, and by the shipping agent.
